Children’s Church
At 10:30 AM worship, children who are in 3rd grade and under are warmly invited, after the children’s moment, to attend the enriching program known as Worship and Wonder. This engaging worship experience provides a unique opportunity for children to delve deeper into Bible stories through a visual learning experience that captivates their imaginations. Worship and Wonder follows a familiar structure that mirrors our main worship service, which is designed to help children smoothly transition to worship when they feel ready. This wonderful program allows ample time for children to wonder about and explore their faith, enjoy a special feast time, and engage in fellowship with one another, fostering a strong sense of community.
Fun Events
Children participate in several enjoyable yearly outings organized by Hurstbourne. Last year, our adventures included a fun day tubing at Perfect North, an exciting trip to see a popular movie, a memorable Christmas gift exchange held at Pastor Mike’s farm, and an engaging lock-in event. These activities provide great opportunities for fellowship and connection among the children.
